Hi there, I'd like to export the response data from my survey. However, when I try to open the file I get the message: "Windows cannot complete the extraction. The destination file could not be created" What can I do about it? Thank you very much in advance for your help! Kind regards, Ilay
Seems like it might be an issue with handling of zip files on your browser or computer. Try unchecking the compress option when you download.

I do not see an option to uncheck on compression. I tried .csv, .xlsx. and .xml options and none of them work.
With the legacy format (that actually works) going away, I need to solve this problem.

JRH Its under "More Options". Bottom left corner of the pop-up when you select export data.
