Hello,

Is there a way to export the feature counts from the maxdiff into SPSS/Excel? The format in which the maxdiff is being exported now doesn't make any sense, since I can't see which item the respondent chose as least/most important.

Thanks,
Timmy

Hi TimmyK! We wanted to let you know that there is not currently a way to export just the feature counts from a MaxDiff project. Be sure to check out this support page that covers how to share a MaxDiff report. If you have not yet already, we'd recommend posting this idea to be able to export Feature Counts in the MaxDiff Reports tab in our Product Ideas category! Otherwise, if you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to our wonderful Support team!

Also, it would be nice to be able to get access to the raw data. In the exported data file, we have the answer (which one is the Most and Least important), but we don't know what the question actually is. Which makes it impossible to run our own analysis using 3rd party software.

+1 to alpa's comment - this is a major defect to be unable to completely access the raw data.
