I've been getting the same error for the last 12 hours. I'm going to try raise this with Qualtrics, perhaps you could do the same?

FYI getting this on chrome and firefox, in incognito mode, and across two different accounts.

i think better to reach to Qualtrics support.

I get this error again "Failed loading look and feel settings. Please try again later.".
Anyone has this issue as well
