Having issues with translations for Kiosk

We have translated our survey. The standard question at the end of survey that states "thank you for completing the survey" is not translating. This is a kiosk question and since I'm previewing on a computer, I am not sure if I am viewing correctly. Can anyone provide some insight?

Hi MistyE - check out the Qtip found on this support page. Default messaging within the survey, such as alerting participants that a response is required or the default End of Survey message, is already translated for you. Your own messaging, such as email invitations or custom End of Survey messages, must be translated in the Library page. If that is not the case, we'd recommend reaching out to our Support team, so they can take a closer look into this for you!
