How can I set up an information page which people see before they fill in the survey?

Hi, I'm designing my first survey and would like to set up an information page which people see before they fill in the survey - how would I do this? Thanks.

You can just write the text in the question box. If styling is needed take a look at the rich content editor or HTML view.
If you don't want any input, then a descriptive text question would allow you do that.

It's a great idea to include an introduction to a Survey by including a combination of Text and Graphics. State the reason of the survey. Also be sure to have an end of Survey message.
