We allow our respondents to provide multiple responses and connect them to CoreXM so that we can see touchpoints over time (which is exactly what we need for our use case).
We'd like to be able to analyze select responses for each contact per survey; primarily, we'd like to analyze the latest response of a contact in specific surveys at times. Moreover, we'll need to also be able to export a filtered set of responses and also use the Reports functionality with such filters for use outside of Qualtrics.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to do this? The closest I've seen is to limit to a specific time range, but that doesn't guarantee the latest response.
Hi alany! When filtering you can choose to filter by the respondent ID then when looking at the Data in the Data & Analysis page, you can select “Recorded Date” and sort newest-oldest. This will allow you to see all of the respondent’s responses and also the newest ones first. Unfortunately. Qualtrics Research Core has no way to view respondent’s data across multiple surveys at a time in the Data & Analysis section. If you have any additional questions about this setup, be sure to reach out to our wonderful Support team, as they are best equipped to help!
Hey Lauren, we came up with a custom code solution that uses the web service action to store embedded data on each response whether it is the latest response or not. This lets us use filtering in the reports
