I work for a school district that wants to use Qualtrics to evaluate teachers during lesson observations. The school administrator would fill out an evaluation survey while observing the teacher. How could you set the survey up so that both the administrator and the teacher being evaluated (and only them) have access to the results of the survey?

Hi cryan01 ,Are you referring to individual survey responses, or aggregate reports? If it's the former, I would use Actions, and set up a task to send an email with a Response Report enabled, sent to both the teacher and admin.If it's the latter, I would use the Scheduled Reports Email and email the report to both the teacher and admin.
