Hi all,

I want to run a survey in which respondents suggest three features they would like to see added to a product. In past experience if you ask for three and have one text box to provide answers this will result in fewer than three suggestions being provided.

Therefore I wanted to have the following:

Questions:
1. [TEXT BOX]
2. [TEXT BOX]
3. {TEXT BOX}

Can't seem to get this right currently, any suggestions would be gratefull received.
