How do I change my email address I use to login?

I'm using a new email address and will be deleting the old address that I started my Qualtrics account with. So I'd like to transfer the account to my new email address. How can I do that without a brand administrator?

Only Brand admin would be able to update this detail for your account.

How would the brand admin do it? I am trying to change our login email and I don't see a way to do it. Thanks.
