I've been invited to collaborate on a survey, but can't because I did a 360 evaluation on Qualtrix 5 years ago... When I log on I get taken to that old 360 page, with no possibility to do anything beyond my editing personal info. I can't add the new survey I need to collaborate on, and I have no way to contact any potential brand admin, who are supposedly the only ones that can delete an account. How can I get my work email back?

This is a late response, so hopefully you've figured this out by now. Qualtrics support can also help change your usernames to enable you to continue using both accounts. Or, they can help you contact the admin to delete your old account.
