How do I export my survey data if it does not give me the option to Export?

I am a student at a university and for a class, I have to export data to excel but it is only giving me the option to import data. I have looked up multiple solutions but it says I have to pay to have legal rights over my data in my survey to export it. I think I did not connect my university to my account and I am using a free trial. Is there any way to connect the university to my account after I have already created a survey and my account?
