How do I find out the final number of fully completed responses to my survey?
Although it states I have 406 responses, as the questions go on the response rate becomes lower and lower, with most questions having between 260-306 responses. Is there a way I can find out who actually clicked to the final 'thank you' page of my survey so I can find out my exact sample size and then see my missin responses to each question?

You can use the Survey Metadata to filter to only include 'Finished', which will show you only those who got to the end, including the number:
