How do I remove label Q1 if the text is not a question?

I am building a survey questionnaire and first "question' is a text introducing the study. It is automatically labelled as Q 1. How do I remove label Q1 if the text is not a question? Also, from other similar 'questions', which are statements not questions.

There is no such auto-numbering settings hence you need to provide the question label for actual questions in the question text itself, and un-check "Show Question Numbers" from survey options
