Hello everyone
We have a survey which has translations into 5 languages. We are using the offline app on tablets to collect the data but I can't seem to get one of the translations to be the default language of the survey (these are languages that we added manually because they aren't already on Qualtrics e.g. Sesotho). Sharing with the link is no problem, of course, because you can use the "Q_Language=..." at the tail of the link but this isn't possible on offline downloads.
Anybody have any ideas? Any help will be valued! Thanks!

How do you make a default language in the offline version?
+15Hi MichelleW I don't have experience with the offline app, but I would expect the default language to carry over from your survey options (Survey Options --> Survey Experience --> Survey Language). Is that not the case?
Hello ClairJ. Unfortunately no, that isn't the case because our languages are not offered by Qualtrics as an option in that dropdown list. For some reason that dropdown list doesn't include the user added languages.
+15Oh, very interesting. If you can't find a solution to this, you might want to suggest that as a product idea!
