How do you manage your customer insights?
Hi Qualtrics Community! I'm curious how you manage research insights? Each research project or customer interaction yields insights... Do you use any software or other tools to project manage your insights into actions that create an impact on your business? I'm currently manually managing each insight and its less than ideal. I'm a customer insights team of one and need to find some supportive tools to drive results. A quick google search turned up Bloomfire, Guru, and other knowledge management software. Please share what you've tried and what works well for you. Thank you so much!
