I have a book request form that I use for students to provide me with the ISBN number, title, and author so that I can order the book for them. .When the student has completed the necessary information. I have created a yes/ no question asking if they have any other books. If a student has requested multiple books. How to I reuse the questions that I ask in the previous question block? Please bare with my Qubueness.

Take a look at looping under survey flow. You can stay in the loop as long as the user replies yes and the loop count is not exceeded.
