I would like to ask respondents to indicate their level of awareness of various items in one question and then have only those items selected as somewhat or very aware carried forward into a following questions about frequency of use.
Page 1 / 1
Rather than pipe forward, I would use the display feature.
So create your Awareness question. Then create all follow up questions, but add a conditional statement so that it only displays of "Awareness of Product A = Aware" or whatever your qualifier is.

I realize I did frequency first, but the same technical execution applies

Makes sense, but I can't see where I select "display this choice"? When I go to Display Logic and can only see "display this question"
