How to add instructions to a survey

Hi
I'm new to qualtrics. I've developed a simple survey, made up of 4 blocks with multiple questions in each block. I want to put some instructions at the start of each block without it looking like a question. In fact, I'd also like to have a general introduction at the start of the survey too. I've searched for an answer but can't find one. Please help me.......😯

    You need to use descriptive question type for this
