How to allow text entry for an option in drop down list?

Hello Community,
I have a question with answer options in the dropdown list format. One of the answer options is "Other". I would like to have a text entry with "Other". But I do not see the Allow text entry option. How can I have a text entry in this dropdown list option?
Any help is highly appreciated.

You could add a text entry question after the mc drop-down question with in-page display logic based on selecting the 'Other' option in the drop-down.
