How to combine questions with a feedback and without feedback in the same survey

Hello Qualtrics community! My survey contains four questions and I need to give a feedback to the participant only for three of them. If I select the option "Show scoring after each question" through the scoring tool, all my questions will receive a feedback, even the one which is an open question (a memory recall question). I know that I can personalise each feedback through piped text but I would like to know which is the more appropriate procedure because the reaction time question and the verbal comprehension question count 30-40 items and I guess that this may need a lot of lines of piped text, is that feasible???
