Hello. I am trying to design a survey for parents who may or may not have multiple children ("cases") for the questions asked. I would like to have a conditional question (Would you like to provide answers for more than 1 child?) that if selected, "Yes," would allow for all of the following questions/answers to be repeated for that additional child case. I would like all of these answers - multiple cases - to be collected under the one parent response. I am trying to avoid the parent having to click on/complete another separate survey.Is this possible? If so, I would greatly appreciate guidance on how to design this.Thanks!Becca
