I am trying to create a CSAT question with a 10 scale points 1 to 10 and I need 2 labels. (we dont want the 5 things)
From what I understand, there seem to be only the NPS question with labels.
Is there a way to have a 10 oints scale with 2 labels other than NPS (that we already have in our survey)

After trying it (entering your code into the javascript place of the questiom,
I saw that it did not change anything at all...
finally your solution works ! thanks. It does not change the look in your questionnaire but when you test it, it shows exactly how it should.
