How to edit the choice text of multiple questions?

Hello,
I have designed a 300 question survey for a research project. All the questions have the same two options to choose from. We decided to edit the text of an option. Is there a way to edit that text as a bulk? or I have to select each question and edit individually? Not sure if this matters but the survey is already published and distributed among our team members for quality check before the main stream release.
Any input is appreciated.

Under Tools--->Review you could run a Search and Replace.
