How to edit the labels and Likert scale separately?
Dear team,
I'm writing a Likert scale. I wanna my new questionnaire looks like "Jasmine" one (see attached pics). However, in preview, the choices displayed in squares rather than circles with labels. I've compared the settings, they are totally the same, both of them are single answer multiple choices questions. Anyone knows what might be the problem? Thanks.

Hi Qunicy,
The look and feel is based on your selected theme. Please try some other theme from "Look & Feel" option and you will get appropriate look n feel of the question.
