That is bizarre @LAU. The button should be right there where the import button is.
Are you on a free licence? Did you already export the 100 allowed on a free licence?

Hi Kate, Yes I'm on the free license but I didn't export anything yet ...
@LAU I did a bit a bit of digging: Raw data exports are not allowed on the free licence. You can view your data in Reports.
