How to get participants to choose and rank only so many options?

Hi,
In my survey, there is a question with 13 options (12 options plus 'other' ....). See pic.
We want participants to choose just 5 and rank them? How do I do that?

Use a Pick/Group/Rank question or a Rank question with Type set as Text Box.
