How to keep ranking labels displayed for Slider Question Types with numerous choices

I have a question where respondents are asked to share their preference for 28 choices. The Labels are only available at the top of the question and disappear when the user scrolls down. I don't want to split the question so that I can report easier but would like to have the labels remain visible. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
