How to link two surveys anonymously?

Hello,
For my master research project I am looking at having participants complete survey A and their parents complete survey B, and I need the two surveys to be anonymously linked.
I have assigned an ID code to both surveys through embedded data, and I'm attaching the unique identifier to the link to survey B. As per distributing survey B anonymously, I thought of creating a third survey to which participants will be automatically re-directed after Survey A, in which they will be asked to enter their email address. I would then create a contact list to send survey B to participants's emails. This "email survey" would ideally not be linked to neither survey A and B through any ID code.
Now, my question is about whether there is a way to email the unique link to survey B to the right participants without having the "email survey" linked to surveys A and B in any way?
