In questions with pipped text or loop and merge like :  How often do you order ${lm://Field/1} from your supplier?
How do I make sure the " ${lm://Field/1}" code get translated?

One of the solution can be to put all the language translation in different fields i.e. filed1 has english text, field2 has spanish etc.
Now, while translating you can pipe respective fields for different languages.
