How to neutralize cultural response bias on NPS results?

Hi,
As we are going deeper in analyzing NPS results, we see our NPS results vary by country and region. For example, probably 6 in France equals an 8 in Canada.
Does the solution provide a "conversion" table allowing to smooth the results on the same scale?

Hi MireilleR,
For each country and region combination, please create custom field in data & analysis and use bucketing to create separate embedded data variable for NPS (promoter, passive and detractors) based on different scales. Once all NPS fields are created then you can use these variables in top banner in crosstabs section to see NPS results for each country/region. Hope this helps.
