How to past 50+ answer values into the Multi Select Box question choice?

Hi there,
There used be an option to copy and paste 100+ values into the Multi Select Box but it doesn't seem to come up anymore when I try to recreate it.
Is someone able to help me out?
For further context, I want to send out an restaurant favourite survey which lists 100+ restaurants to choose from.

In the excel, just create a column of all the options and select and copy that column, up till the value is present in the column i.e. do not select black cells.
Now in multi select box question click on "click here to edit choices", select the first choice text and just paste the data over their. All the options will be created.

    I will add I have 0 knowledge in Java so would appreciate non coding solutions to this if possible.
