How to populate new text entry/form based on previous numeric answer

Hello,
I am using Qualtrics to extract information from papers, and I have a question about how to use previous numeric answers to populate new text entry questions.
I have a question asking how many treatment groups were used in a study, and this question can only accept a numeric value. In the next question, I want to ask for detailed information about each treatment group used in the study.
So if a study had 3 treatment groups, I want to automatically generate 3 new text entry questions with either single-line or form text type.
Is this possible? I am new to javascript so if someone can help me figure this out, I would really appreciate it.
Thank you.

Hi hwan0148 ,
You can do this with built-in features rather than Javascript, by using Answer Choice Display Logic in a Text Entry Form Field or Matrix Table with Text Entry. Or use Question Display Logic if you want the follow-up questions to be separate Text Fields.
