How to Send Course Specific Questions

Hello Qualtrics Community,

Thank you for having a look. As a university institution we want send a post-pandemic course evaluation forms to students. This form includes a sets of questions that are associated with each students' course that they have taken this semester. For example questions: "I am satisfied with the course materials of the .......... coded course." or "I am satisfied with the attitude of the instructor at .......... coded course.".

What we would like to do is exactly is sending this form to students by indicating the names and most importantly displaying the code of the course that the student takes in the "......." position in the sentence. So that, they won't be bothered to find manually etc.. We created a contact list that includes students mails and their courses. Mailing is easy however, we are not sure how to implement specific course codes into the form.
