How to show participants the responses they gave for 2 previous textentry questions at end of survey

I am wondering if there is a way to remind participants of two text entry responses they gave earlier in the survey by showing those responses to them at the end of the survey. I searched for this online but couldn't seem to find anything. Thank you in advance!

Hi @eliz999,
To show previously entered text in end of survey message you need to piped text that question in the custom end of survey message.

To show previously entered text in end of survey message you need to piped text that question in the custom end of survey message.
