How to trigger action event based on imported responses?

I have a web service API action setup where once I have uploaded the responses I want that event to trigger. Unfortunately, the imported responses do not seem to trigger the action and I wanted to confirm whether the response type as the import will trigger the action or not.

Try adding the Status conditions in action setup.
