With the new guidelines that are required in SMS messaging, is there a way that we will be notified when a person opts out? If the person opts out, can we still communicate via email. Is there a timeframe in which we must wait before we try to reach out again? Is there a specific word that the person can use to opt back in?

First, be sure to check out the support page here with more information about opting out of a SMS. If a respondent types STOP to opt out of your SMS distribution they will be opted out of the contact list as a whole, you will no longer be able to email this respondent unless you or the respondent manually opts themselves back in. You can check on the status of each respondent by navigating to your Directories and choosing the specific contact list. You will be able to view each respondents opt-in status under the status column!
