I have a loop but no merge

Hello, I am new to loop and merge. Our school system is putting out a survey that gathers parent information and then asks how many k-12 children they have in their household. Based on their response to the number of children there is a loop of questions about each child. How can I see all of that data together? In other words if the first resondent has 3 children and the 2nd respondent has 4 children. I want to be able to see the data for all 7 children merged together. Thanks for any help.
