I need to change ownership and add a new collaborator
My colleague set up a survey that we use every year and modify. She is no longer with us and I need to get the ownership and add a collaborator.

You can ask your Brand Admin to transfer the ownership to you.

Here’s what you should do in that scenario:
If there's another BA (Brand Admin) on the account, you should reach out to them to request a survey ownership transfer. If not, please submit a support ticket to request a new BA.
