Import Coords of Heatmaps doesnt work | XM Community

Hi Community,

can anyone explain me, why importing data of heatmap doesnt work?
-i downloaded a Data as tsv and imported it without editing.

Report where the heatmap is, is not showing a image with heatmap.

What can i do?

I have 4 seperated country with same question(heatmap cklicking) and i would like to combine the heatmaps for all 4 countrys.

But actually i only can download the report seperated four times.

Anyone can help me?

This sounds like a frustrating problem! Have you tried contacting Support? Seems like there's a chance this isn't working as intended and I've found they're the best resource when this is happening.
