Inserting media issue

Hi, I have embedded an audio clip with a URL into my Qualtrics survey, after uploading it to SoundCloud as recommended on Qualtrics Support website. However, I have been finding that the audio clip would stop playing at times, and then start playing again after some time (the longest I had to wait was nearly three minutes). This is unfortunately not ideal for the study I am conducting as I want my participants to be able to listen to the audio clip continuously. The size of the audio clip is about 8MB. I am wondering if this might be an internet connection issue or perhaps something more technical, so I would very much appreciate your support. Thanks in advance, Ronald

Hi, thank you very much for your reply. I seem to have managed to resolve the issue in the meantime. Basically, I added the media using HTML and it seems to have done the trick. Thanks for your help though!

    @ZammitR , Can you try taking more survey run to notice if sound stops at same point in each run
