Hello, I am having trouble creating a series of questions pertaining to episodic memory tests for individuals. Our goal is to have a forced 'yes/no' multiple choice question in response to whether an individual remembers one such past episode from their childhood, and if selected 'yes,' we would like them to manually enter in how old they were at the time and any details they may recall. Currently. the issue is that the question is strictly a "text entry" question to allow for the entry of descriptive details, but this also makes it necessary for "yes" or "no" to be explicitly entered into the top text box. Does anyone have any advice? Any tips would be greatly appreciated Please see the attached screenshot of one of these questions.
