Is it possible to pass survey question answers using query strings?

Hello,
I'm trying to create links in an email that allow respondents to answer NPS score by clicking on a specific link - their score is then passed through a query string populates in the survey.
Is this possible? I'm having a hard time getting it to work!

Update: I've discovered this can be done using Q_PopulateResponse https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-flow/standard-elements/passing-information-through-query-strings/#HowToQ_PopulateResponse
