Is the Qualtrix popup ad at the end of the survey removable?

I made a custom end of survey thank you message, thinking it would replace the Qualtrix ad with my own content...
But the Qualtrix popup ad that links to a "build one yourself" link to try Qualtrix still appears.
Is there a way to get rid of this?
User: I don't much mind the "Powered by Qualtrix" footer on every page of the survey, but the banner add at the end is rather large and obtrusive, and soliciting our customers who may have zero need to try survey services.
Is there an option to get rid of this or will it go away if we switch to a paid account?

Are you using a free or trial account in Qualtrics? If so, that may be the reason why this pop-up appears.

    Hi MatthewM,
    We are on the trial account of CoreXM Professional.
    At the end of the trial period I believe we will switch back to either the free account or the $22.50 per month CoreXM Standard plan.
