Is there a way respondent could mark a document on Qualtrics?

I have a document that needs approvals from a target population, for some reasons we do not want them all to edit at the same time. I use Qualtrics for this purpose. I upload the file and the respondent will share in an open ended question box all the edits they are proposing. To make this easier at the respondents' end, is there a way they can mark/edit the document on the platform?

Hi Surveyor! Current functionality does not allow for survey takers to edit a document from within the platform! Instead, you will either have to have the user mark edits in an open ended question, or upload the edited document to a File Upload question.
