Is there a way to pull data from a range of surveys into a single report? Filter on unique training

-build a report that will pull data from a whole range of surveys into a single report/by unique training title/ or by instructor that delivered the program
1. same link every time/ robust drop-down instructor and training title
2. Project? Project type? Group?
             -unique survey for every individual training
             -Project type?
