Is there an user type permission other than brand admin for API setup? | XM Community

We have technical support to create our organization's APIs and want to make sure they have the access they need to make these connections yet want to prevent users from adding other associates or create/send surveys.
I am fairly new to being an admin, but you should be able to apply permissions at the User type level. I believe you can turn on the API permissions for any user type, not just brand admins.
As uhrxx005 suggested, a usertype specifically for that technical support would probably be the best way to tackle it. Access to the API can be granted for that usertype, but the ability to create/distribute surveys would be disabled.

The only issue they may run across is if any of the Brand Admin API calls are needed. If so, they would require Brand Admin accounts and would receive all of the privileges that come with it.
