Hi,I need to implement the Save button so the respondent can save their progress.

Hi abhisek_sharma_abhi ,There is no Save button feature in Qualtrics. But as long as you have the "Save and Continue" option checked, in most cases respondents should be able to resume their surveys from the initial link they received.
