Hi,
I need to implement the Save button so the respondent can save their progress.

Hi abhisek_sharma_abhi ,
There is no Save button feature in Qualtrics. But as long as you have the "Save and Continue" option checked, in most cases respondents should be able to resume their surveys from the initial link they received.

Question - can a user have multiple open/in-progress surveys at the same time? If yes how do they know which one is which.
Scenario is a admin is filling out multiple surveys for people and may have multiple open surveys in progress as they collect the responses from the end-users?

I don't recommend respondents to have multiple surveys open (for their own sake, as well as integrity of the data I'm collecting), but I don't see any way that Qualtrics would prevent them from trying. As a courtesy you could pipe some kind of custom text, like the subordinates' names or units, into the survey header so the admins can tell them apart.
