Is anyone familiar with using the KANO method in Qualtrics. I am looking for a survey template that we can use.

I'm not aware of this being in any pre-built templates, but you can accomplish this pretty easily with standard multiple choice or matrix questions, depending on how you want to structure your survey and how many features you want to test.
