Look and Feel Options greyed out

I am a student on the free account version creating my fist survey. I am trying to use the look and feel menu but all options are greyed out except for Theme. Does anyone know why this might be? I haven't found the answer to this so far so apologies if i've missed it.

I suspect that this feature is not available in a free account.

Try changing the theme to - "Blank theme"

Thanks Rondev. I've tried all of the available themes (including the blank one and the static "Qualitrics XM logo") and none of them make the options available.
