Matrix question combine with multiple choice question

I want to create a matrix question with several options. However, I would like to show several multiple choice questions based on the answer of certain statements in the matrix. For example, when a customer provide rating about reservation, I would like to ask how they made the reservation right after that. If I create several matrix, it doesn't look nice at the beginning. I currently use several multiple choice questions but it creates the long survey with long question text and repeated scale point. Could anyone help me with this. Thank you very much.
